Great Doctor but the staff, Leslie in particular, are bullies and think they are Doctors. Now she is holding up life saving medication that is the only thing keeping my husband out of the hospital. The Doctor, that took us a long time to see, told us at his appointment that he was going to be giving the medication to him but for some reason, Leslie thinks she overrides Doctors now. t is about money .They moved my appointment that I was waiting 6 month to one and halve month more .
This place is not useful. Staff is short tempered and the doctors should go back to schooling. Limited knowledge is a fact. Taking my business elsewhere.
The office staff needs to be more attentive when another doctor needs information to be able to perform a procedure on a patient.
Dr. Hanna is absolutely fantastic! He is thorough in his questioning, has a a professional manner, and has visited me in the hospital in a timely manner. Dr. Sayed, in short, saved my father-in-law's life and gave him 5 additional years of quality life!
