Dr Stevens is one of a kind. No other like him. Dr Stevens is a true scientist in addition to a cardiologist. He understands how the entire body works and has the skill to translate this information to the average person so that you can truly understand the whole picture. I've been a patient of Dr. Stevens (and Alex his cardio tester) since 1990 when he practiced in Bayside at Patients First. He sometimes makes me wait past my appointment time but he spends a half hour with me explaining my progress (or lack of) in great detail. He's always gets into my history and orders any tests he deems necessary. He's by far my best doctor both in knowledge and care. I very highly recommend him. He's just the best.
This doctor goes " in depth" of the patient's health. No rush job. He goes over the multiple years of tests, seeing the differences and suggests the changes required. Definitely 5 stars
