If I could give a negative rating I would, saw Dr Prasad about 2 weeks ago. He ordered a nuclear stress test. His staff informs me they need authorization from BCBS. I call there office to check 3 times on the last 2 weeks is this authorized so we can schedule? No BCBS denied the authorization but you can call them if you wish. Spend an hour on the phone with BCBS and next day the insurance company calls to tell me Advanced Cardiology never submitted an authorization.
