We took our vehicle in due to an overheating and leaking issue. They first recommended we replace the radiator cap so we did. The car was still overheating so they then recommended we replace fan switches which cost us $1300. We took the car home and the first time we drove it more than 15 miles it started smoking and overheating again. We had it towed back and they then found a crack in the hose, which we believed to be the problem all along. My husband met the staff of Advanced Car Care Center and personally experienced their professional service with three different vehicles. They not only identified and fixed our vehicles, but they also set us up with an online profile charting our vehicles' course to peak performance. Call these folks before you shell out your hard-earned money at a dealership service department! Advanced Care Care Center's integrity and thorough service will impress you.
Let me first start the staff was nothing but nice. However I received a call letting me know I needed new plugs,wires and a ignition coil pack. This was going to take 4-5 hours labor and with parts 650 dollars. I told them a couple years ago I changed the plugs and wires and it was easy, maybe an hour. He was very nice and said let me talk with my mechanic and I'll get back with you. He called back and said I spoke with my mechanic and he said it would take that long. Always friendly service. Staff is very helpful at explaining their work. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable!
These guys are really nice and professional. I had a lube tell me the the noise my car was making was the transmission so I decided to take it to advanced and they found out it was a tension pulley. Love these guys. It fells like home.

My family was headed back home to Indiana on a Friday morning this past summer when our car began to overheat. We went to the nearest available service center, and boy were we lucky! These guys made us a priority, and got us back on the road before the end of business on Friday, saving us from having to cancel our daughter's birthday party back home on Sunday. Their work has held up since then too. Thanks again guys, and sorry it took so long to jump on here and give you some love. Happy New Year!
These guys are great. I broke down along the interstate with a blown transmission and these guys did everything you could think of to get me back on the road in record time. And while I was waiting, I witnessed them giving the same great effort to everyone who came into their shop. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
