ABS has really gone down hill. I'm wondering what is going on with the management.
Do not waste time calling this place for assistance. Worst customer service send you inexperienced techs. Call a different business system service center if you need printer or copier service. Rude management. Avoid completely........
Absolutely cannot recommend. We had very bad experiences with the general manager and the service manager.
Kevin was a very good sales rep to speak with, even though we ended up with a different provider. I will definitely be looking at ABS when our contract ends. Thanks!
