I have hired Advanced Building Inspections to inspect multiple properties over the last 5 years. They are so thorough, including every detail, taking pictures and providing the most comprehensive report I've ever received from an inspection. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding every time. However, I did pay my invoice in a timely fashion, enough said. Thank you and I look forward to you doing our next inspection in the coming days.
Their customer service is horrid. I get one email with the inspection. Another a month later with a balance, then the 3rd with a threat. No calls or emails to remind me of the balance. It’s like they don’t know buying or selling a home isn’t stressful and chaotic and people forget. Thanks Ken... not really.
