Kevin and his crew is awesome I needed my garage torn down and a privacy fence put up hear me when I tell you the garage went down so smoothly I’ve never seen anything like it the fence turned out beautiful they cleaned everything up so nicely everybody so so nice kinda made you feel like family I have more jobs I will be calling him for I will only call this company for my needs and they have good prices
After months of dealing with a nightmare contractor, I reached out to Kevin. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done, and the timeframe from when he could start to when the project would be completed. The workmanship was excellent, along with his communication throughout the project. I highly recommend Advanced Building & Design Inc. for any home projects.

My sisters and I needed some work done to my late parent's home. Kevin at Advanced Building & Design came highly recommended. Though it was a smaller job than what he and AB&D is used to, Kevin messaged me within 10 minutes and gave me a verbal estimate for tearing out a rotted wood entry door and replacing it with a steel side door, including hardware on a garage. I live in Ferndale Michigan. I had my gutters and downspouts replaced. They spent about 4 hours replacing them. They were very organized workers I recommend them very much.
