Buyer Beware: I am writing to anybody who is thinking of buying from Utica's four season sunroom and windows. BUYER BEWARE, this company does not guarantee any work that is done. I purchased my four season room in 2013 and am still calling them, stopping in to see when there coming out to fix or replace things. These are some of the issues that I'm have and still having with this company. I hired this company to enclose a deck with their Four Season Sun Room glass for $32,000. They guaranteed it would not leak, and if it did, they would fix it. I have had continual leaks now for 3 years, and after the first 2 summers of attempts to caulk the edges where they cut my overhang to install my sunroom, they want to charge me! Tom is the owner, and he will not guarantee his company's work, so I would not recommend anyone to hire this company to build a doghouse!
