Purchased an item from Workpro tools, item didn't work as expected so I asked to return it and to get a refund. They asked me to return to this warehouse and I had to pay for shipping. For more than two months now, the warehouse received the returned item and keeps saying that they will confirm if they received it after they checked all their returns inventory (looks like they have tons of returned goods). Worked there for about nine months some years ago. Did not know that my hours would be cut back due to work. I will say I got to work when I needed the money. Not the greatest of work atmosphere but I got paid. Luckily about that time I got the opportunity to go back to school fully funded so when I was laid off I never went or looked back. Hope the owners are doing well.
