Jen is amazing! Truthfully, this was not the typical massage I anticipated but it was wonderful! Jen worked out all of the tension in my diaphragm and rib cage area. She takes the time to educate you on why and provide you with techniques you can implement at home. I could not believe how much tension I was carrying. My breathing has improved significantly! I highly recommend. I look forward to my next visit!
Uplifting and liberating! Jen truly is an expert on understanding the body and how it ties in with mental health and emotions. My session started with analyzing any problem areas in my body, in my case: making my body remember how to belly breathe. Once that was addressed, we did an emotion code session which really was enlightening as it helped explore emotional baggage I was still carrying and she was able to help me let it go.
