8/20/25 @ 5:15 PM – I called to make a first-time appointment for my daughter. The front desk put me on hold for over 10 minutes. After hanging up and calling back several times, someone finally answered. When I explained that I had been forgotten on hold, the staff member offered no apology and instead asked me why I was calling. 2nd time this place has been unprofessional and shown they don't care about their clients. So unprofessional defiantly going to be taking my daughter somewhere else. Please pay attention to the 3.9 star rating, this low of a rating is warranted!!! my daughter ran out of her medication before her appointment and they did not refill it made her stop cold turkey experience head aches mood swings because they don't care!!!! called them twice no follow up or follow through on their end. Their billing process with insurance is terrible. I've had to chase refunds for overpayment after meeting my deductible.

Have sent multiple emails and calls about my child’s care and HIPPA; apparently no one cares to return calls. Maybe you care when IDPFR gives you a ring for investigation. 🤷♀️ I’m a psychologist with a kid who goes there and you don’t wanna return calls or emails about potential HIPPA issue? Wow!
