I absolutely love my provider, however the front desk team has made me consider switching offices. Every time I have interacted with one of them they are dismissive and act like they are being inconvenienced. It's disappointing that the customer service is so lacking since every doctor there has been so great.
I have been a patient at ABH since 2022. I can say nothing but positive comments, from the support staff to my mental health team. When I've been inpatient for treatment, ABH docs checked on me in person daily like clockwork. I drive an hour away so I can get treated like a human being vs. just my diagnosis. I'm shocked by the negative comments. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for Zachary, Jasmine, and Dr. Ndrio. I'm not a bot. I'm a real, current patient. While Mr. Endrio probably means well, I saw way too many red flags and strongly advise seeking care for your loved ones else where. He violated HIPPA, and in my opinion, he is a very poor listener. I am writing this on behalf of a loved one, but I was also present during a few appointments. In regards to listening, Dr Endrio has poor english skills.
