I have to say I am a bit disappointed in how things ended out. Dr. Pollard had always been fantastic and she helped me learn to find ways to cope and manage situations. She gave me the tools to be able to turn around a lot of my mindset beliefs. Unfortunately recently my appointments get cancelled, my calls to the front desk don't end with any resolution, and my emails to Dr. Pollard aren't answered or followed up. Quite disappointed. Dr Singh is the absolute best therapist ever! Not just out of therapist I've had, but literally best ever. Period! He's so smart. He has advice and resources for literally everything. I have referred all of my friends to him and quite a few have come to see him. He must never leave this area or I'll have to telehealth sessions with him. He's a natural treasure, to be protected at all costs!
My daughter and I have had a great experience the last 6 months seeing Dr. Pollard. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The service is valuable, highly recommend.
