My fiancé has been trying to schedule an appointment with this facility for over two weeks now. Part of the delay could have been his fault cause he didn’t get the paperwork submitted right away. They called him to set up an appointment but the only days they had available for a certain dr were days he was working. They said they would call him back with a date that would work, and they have never called him back. Nor will they even pick up their phone when he calls now. Very unprofessional location, would not recommend

I would have left 5 stars for Renee and Stephany. They were always very kind and caring. My husband suffers from ptsd, bipolar, panic attacks and nightmares, high blood pressure and chronic pain. When he called about a message left on his phone that he didn’t understand.,The office manager Crystal van Alstine started yelling at him and threatening to drop him as a patient.
