Admittedly I went into therapy with a prisoners mindset, "Serve x# of years for x requirement and then sweet freedom!" ... Turns out, therapy actually works when you find the right therapist. Beth is amazing, trustworthy, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for assistance to consider her services.
Genuinely cannot express how thankful I am for the existence of this place. Beth has, over the last 2 years, changed my life for the better. My existence is easier, and my understanding of myself is stronger than I thought possible, and if anybody is looking for a therapist who genuinely wants to help and cares, I could not recommend better than this.
Fantastic and life-saving work done here. Really could not recommend this place enough! Having a place that is LGBTQ+ friendly is really important to me, and they create a fantastic process and atmosphere that is a rare find in the state.
