I was have having repairs done to my motorhome injector problems they have repaired the defects and Iam a happy camper the lady at reception was very professional and a great attitude she kept me informed all the way I would use them again without hesitation thanks again to the Mercedes staff
Thank you for your excellent Mercedes Warranty & service on my Mercedes Valente since I arrived in 2022 and for now undertaking repairs on behalf of my Insurance company to enable me to be back on the road ASAP.
Disappointing and unprofessional. Failed to diagnose the problem. Said it was faulty sensor and wanted me to replace both at over $1000. Sensors are actually quite cheap and used across many vehicles. Sensors were fine, it was wheel bearing they wanted over $1400 to replace. Put me back on the road with no steering, or breaks, alarms going off and ignition wouldn't turn off. Apparently they had forgotten to connect something.
