Took my 2001 Audi S4 in for an oil change and to have the central locking pump replaced (I supplied the part). Everyone in the shop was very professional, and I got my car back that afternoon! They specialize in Audi/VW, but they will work on any type of vehicle. Highly recommended!

Advanced Auto is the only shop I will ever take my car to. Always polite and on schedule. They have specialists for all makes and models and can sort out your vehicles problems quickly! Either they are entirely incompetent, or they charge block time on repairs. If I wanted to pay BMW dealer prices for repairs, I’d go to BMW and get the posh treatment to accompany my overpriced repairs. They are also dishonest, I took my car in after doing a code reading, so I knew exactly what was wrong. They tried to convince me I needed a new catalytic converter (several thousand in a bmw) when I didn’t. A bad catalytic converter doesn’t silently happen without code readings and actual symptoms.
Advanced Automotive have serviced our Mazda, VW and Audi. It's hard to find a shop that you trust to do the job right, not over charge you and never recommend services not need. I don't have to worry about that here. They have always been extremely courteous & quick with the repairs. I won't take our vehicles anywhere else.
