If I could give a negative stars I would!! This shop is extremely unprofessional no sense of time management nor even answering their phones and communicating with their customers! Our truck was in this shop for over a month they answered our calls the first 3 days then after that ghosted us! We then got irritated and called another mechanics in the area to go pick it up! When he got there they had no idea what truck he was talking about! Thank god he went to the back of their shop and found our truck half way taken apart!!!... read more
It took them 8 days to get back to me on the vehicles issue. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When the vehicle was finally fixed things were missing out of the vehicle. Would not recommend this shop.
