Huge shout out to John! At the Redbluff location he is amazing. He has a great sense of humor had us laughing the whole time made our experience enjoyable highly recommend him if your looking into purchasing a vehicle
Elderly parent went here and was fleeced. There was no part of the transaction where they didn't try to maximize their profit. High APR. Added the highest priced service contract with a tiny window for service. Gave her a comical value for her trade in. Added GAP coverage on a 4 year old car. It has to be painfully obvious that a used car buyer is being fleeced if you're selling them GAP insurance. . . Cancellation contract and nickel and dime fees out the whazoo. Do not buy a car from these people they are literally The stereotype of a used car salesman, they will clear the codes on the vehicle and then sell it to you like it's in perfect condition and not say anything about it
