They're fast, courteous and professional. Smog might be a little higher than the average place but it's cheaper than the people next door. They also can complete your registration for a fee right there and give you new tags. On that note make sure you pay attention to where you're driving into. The other place charges more and has a lower rating.
I am very pleased with my experience at Advanced Auto Smog Star. Mo did a great job getting my car prepared for smog testing. The repairs were extensive and in the end the car passed the smog test easily. Repairing a 1979 auto is not easy since parts are sometimes difficult to obtain. Mo was very patient and understanding. The cost of the repair and testing was very fair. I recommend Advanced Auto Smog Star I know you will be as please as I am.
Updated! I took my mother in law's car in again this year 2024 and again amazing above and beyond service. This year was a new error code. She does not maintain the car well. So I took it in and he immediately deduced it would be the Mass Airflow Sensor. He even allowed me to purchase my own part for installing. The owner is very nice and very understanding. They were quick. I had a smog check and it was reasonably priced didn’t try to upsell me or add any additional maintenance that I did not need. They had a really nice office to wait with freshwater and a TV. Highly recommend!!
I went to get a smog check and Moe helped me with that and fixing what was wrong with it. He was very helpful, upfront and honest. I will be returning for all of my future car problems. He went above and beyond, I can’t recommend him enough.
