Terrible. Terrible experience here. Had a car window replaced. The technician complained for ten minutes about how hard the car was to work on. After the installation the door no longer opened unless the window was rolled down. Had to take the car back in because the door panel wasn't attached properly. After taking the car in the second time (and hearing the same technician whine about having to work on it again, the window began malfunctioning and eventually stopped rolling down altogether. Windshield Fine I had my windshield completely replaced last year, and it looked nice, but unfortunately, the technician stripped one of the windshield wipers when he removed it before windshield installation. I have a late model car- and it is hard to find parts for it. Needless to say, I wasn't pleased. But, the windshield looked fine and is lasting, so I can't complain further.
