I had repair work done on my Sport Trac and they emailed me and the claims agent with my insurance a quote. only issue i had was they were a little off on there timeframe to complete the job, otherwise no complaints. they also detailed the truck inside and out. They even let me use a loaner car while the truck was in the shop. thanks for the excellent work on the truck.

I called for a quote on a windshield, they had to have someone call me back. She quoted me a price based on year and model. I agreed so they ordered it. My husband went in next day with vehicle and they had ordered the wrong one. She called me about it and blamed me because she ordered the wrong one and said I said it had a rain sensor in it. Amazing customer service! I went in for an estimate and a few hours later it was emailed to me and my insurance agent. The work is great, and the cleaned my car inside and out! A very pleasant surprise when I came home (sorry I didn't remove all the random things �) My mom had to pick it for me, and they sent detailed instructions for the aftercare, as well as a bag of candy and a pen. These people know customer service!!!
I was rear ended in my 2014 Cruze. Advanced was recommended by a work mate who's used them many times. I totally agree! The repair looks like it never happened. While the damage wasn't severe they got the lines, gaps, and color matched up very well! Plus they washed and vacuumed my car! Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Advanced! I just picked up my car and it looks better than when I bought it! They are all so nice and very professional!
