I highly recommend Joe and his staff at Advanced Auto Accident Repair Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Joe is a gentleman! I had a small damage to my daughter's car while I was driving it in Brisbane. I'm in town from Cairns helping my daughter after injury and on a tight timeline. I had tried a number of repairers in the area without luck on timing. When I called AAAR, Joe offered to have a look at it himself. Came into get a quote. The door of the car wouldn’t close and panels needed replacing. Obviously they weren’t able to properly fix the panels on the spot but they quickly fixed the door so at least I could drive it safely. And all this the day before they close for Xmas.
The team did a great job repairing some hail damage in my hilux. Office staff where great and the repair was done in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service and the workmanship and quality is of the highest standard .. highly recommend
