My mother ordered her hearing aids since September 2023. They ordered her a wrong hearing aids. The speaker was too small. She couldn’t hear it. So they trying to order her a new set. From different manufacturers. Now we’re in mid January 2024. Five months later. They still don’t have her hearing aids for her! We called several times. There’s always an excuse. A lot of times we called. No one answer the phone during regular business hour! Very disappointed with this company! Don’t recommend to anyone!!!
