OH MY GOSH! If there was a zero rating that is what I would give Advanced Audiology Institute and Dr. Sophia Taylor at the Russell Rd. location in Las Vegas. 1st, they are only open 1 day a week (Thursday); 2nd, they ordered an Oticon rechargeable battery for my 95 year old mom and said it would be there in a week. That is almost 6 weeks ago! I've contacted them several times and feel I am just getting the run around. They say there are 30 other customers waiting on batteries and they haven't come in yet.
