July 19, 2024 Dr. Gebing, I was in the area of your office today. I stopped in (without an appointment) to see if I could resolve an issue with my aids. Linda was so responsive and understanding of my issue. She resolved my issue in minutes. You have a great support staff, Linda is a fantastic asset.

Dr. Gebing is both knowledgeable and patient, especially with my many, many questions. I returned a couple of times for "fine tuning" and the addition of "programs" more appropriate for my needs, which was done quickly and effectively. The Horizon 7AX RIC-R product I purchased had limited written support documentation, but Gebing provided a written description for use of the product's 4 buttons.
