Caring and kind staff. Easy access to high quality services. I wish everyone who needs help with hearing difficulties had the financial resources to get help. Hearing is more important than many people realize.
Very professional, caring, attentive and honest folks to work with. As a disabled veteran with hearing loss, the VA couldn’t get me in for weeks. I couldn’t hear and was in panic mode. They got me in within an hour of my call. They cleaned my hearing aid and changed my tube, recommended I see a doctor for an infection that was present. I took their advice and today I’m feeling much better. Thank so much for helping me out.
