I think the best way to describe the 5I gave to this company. It started with a small mistake, but what I love about this company is they recognized it. They listen to me, the customer and fixed it.
Great place to go for all your audio needs. They carry great brands like Sundown, Digital Design (DD), Orion, and Kicker. They do everything from custom installs to help with troubled systems.
They told me that didn't didn't do refunds on the part I purchased that didn't fit into my car and laughed at me. Then continued to say I'd have to pay for installing for a simple part that wasn't clipping in. This was the quote on quote boss btw awful customer service. Will definitely sell their product on eBay with their outragarous price. Smh get your stuff tg. You're "pros"
