We were referred here after a food allergy sent us to the ER and we needed an EpiPen prescription. Dr. Bhatti is AMAZING. The reduction in rating is for her staff. The older woman at the front desk - HORRIBLE!!! I sent forms from my daughter's daycare. They require SPECIFIC instructions when substituting food for the children. I explained this beforehand and told they understood. The forms were incorrectly filled out stating that the foods should be avoided WITHOUT any named substitution.
