I needed my dishwasher repaired. It was hard to find someone willing to show up in less than a week, much less towards the beginning or end of the day. Advanced Appliance gave me a quick appointment. On appointment day, they were running late. The arrival window expired with no word from Advanced Appliance. Only when I made contact did I find out what was going on. I called Advanced Appliance on a Saturday at noon for a broken refrigerator and they were at my house before 4pm! They provided great, friendly, and honest service - without an extra charge for coming in on a weekend. They were very professional, told me exactly what was going on with my fridge, and fixed it within an hour! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs appliance help - fair price, didn't try to oversell me on anything - glad I did business with them!

Not only am I a first-time homeowner, but I'm also new to the area -- so, needless to say, when my fridge broke I had no clue who to call. They were able to come out within 24 hours! The customer service is great, and Joe also gave me lesson as he was fixing it. I will definitely be calling them again for any other appliance issues.
