So very disappointed. I have used this company for years and recommend it to my clients. I always recommend to everyone in my neighborhood. They were out here in May to fix a part on my dryer and now 3 months later when I called to have the same part repaired again they let me know that it was going to be a brand new fee. Touch notch! Honest, reasonable, and wonderful to deal with from Donna, to Joe who came to do the repair. Showed me the broken part and explained the wear and tear. I will def. use them in again when needed.

When I called, my first question was whether they offer a window of time, or if they had specific appointment times. They said they offered actual appointment times. Yay! My appointment was at 9am. They were here by 9:05am. A man and a woman came together. They both walked into the kitchen, leaned in closer to the refrigerator and both said, "The fan's dead."
