Unbelievably great service company I called this morning. From the description I gave them they gave me their opinion of what was wrong and how much it would cost. They were also up front that it may be something more serious. They came this afternoon and had it fixed in no time. Very courteous and professional. The price was what they said it would be. Why wait 8 days for Sears to send out someone who knows less? I now have a working fridge.
They arrived on time and fixed a problem in 10 minutes that 3 other technicians could not find. They are great. I will never call anyone else. Advanced Appliance and Air Repair are the best. (And, they charged me a reasonable rate)

Very courteous and friendly people. They had my refrigerator fixed and up and running within 30 minutes of arriving. I want to tell everyone about them. They really understand customer service.
