I called Nicks to service our GE refrigerator. The technician, Frank, said he would be at our home mid afternoon to make the repair. Well, Frank was here shortly after 2pm, had the part needed with him and completed the repair in about an hour. I highly recommend Nicks for appliance repair. Extremely professional and fair with their pricing. Thank you Frank.

The man that I talked to was able to walk me through a minor issue that I did not know was minor at the time I called. This just goes to show that there are still very reputable companies out there who are not in business to rip off the consumer. I would recommend Nick's to everyone for any appliance needs.

Tried Nicks for the first time and it will be the last. Paid $100 for a technician who was at my house for 10 minutes to tell me to buy a new washer. Will never call them or recommend them to anyone...
