Dr. Taylor is absolutely fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and explains the process every step of the way, so patients feel comfortable.
Going to Advanced Ankle & Foot Surgeons and being a patient of Dr. James Taylor has truly been a fantastic experience! The Staff has always been professional and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Dr. Taylor always took the time to explain everything concerning my care and I never felt rushed. He always asked about family and how things were going in my life, which I really appreciated! Dr. Taylor was highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him!!!
Dr. Taylor addressed my concerns related to my foot and ankle. He listened. He's professional and personable. The others that I encountered in the office were also professional and kind.
Doctor Taylor was great! Make you feel calm and explains everything well. Front desk was also great!
The moment you arrive at the New Baden location you are greeted by front desk Tabitha and checked in quickly and efficiently! Great people skills. Dr Taylor remembers his clients and always has their good foot health care under control. He puts his clients to ease and always has a solution for any foot problem even with the orthotics I received or open wound I once had. Excellent staff and office. I even once had Ashley and she was excellent and bedside manner fitting of this practice.
