I’m a long time patient of the office, and i agree totally with everyone that said Dr Schuh was, not necessarily inept, just poorly organized. Her staff was so frustrated with her that it unfortunately showed. I finally talked to the receptionist, who was very helpful, pleasant, but obviously flustered. Told me that she was going to schedule me at two specific times-first thing in the morning, first appointment, and the first appointment after lunch. I have had a lot of visit and they all were good but still haven’t figured out my issue for my foot. But I can say the staff are great very welcoming. Dr. O is definitely not stopping at nothing to figure out my issue.
oh how I wish I would do negative stars!!!!Dr. Schuh needs to lose her license! She didn't listen to our concerns as a family put my mother through so much added pain and was always hours and even a day late to appointments. Told her she was playing a dangerous game with my mothers health by not taking it as serious as it was and it ended up sending my mother into septic shock. Because of your negligence Dr. Schuh not only did my mother end up in an amputation but she also ended up with a bunch of other medical problems that... read more
The last time I saw Dr. Shuh was the spring of 2018. I had a difficult wound that wasn't healing great, so she sent me to the Glens Falls Wound Center at the Hospital, and thank God she did! I did the hyperbarics chamber there for 80 days, and the huge wound healed. Never really had bad issues after that treatment, only occasional small ulcer. At the Wound Center, they found me a great foot doc at Hudson Headwaters and love him & his work. I'm in and out of his office within 1/2 hr. Thank you Dr. Shuh for what you have done ... read more
