I am so disappointed in their service at this vet. Tried to get a food prescription due to my dog's current food being out of stock. I was told sure can do. Never called back. When I called again, was promised it would be mailed to me. The next day called to make sure it was mailed, they assured me it was mailed. Never received. Called a week later informed not mailed as they need my pet to be seen ( I asked that during my first call and ensured that was not needed). I brought my 2 dogs in and spent almost $700 on services for them. The doctor, who I did not get a fuzzy feeling from the get-go from, was pushing a certain medication for my smaller dog’s ears because they were out of the long lasting medication. Against my better judgement I listened to the doctor. Staples were needed for a skin tag removal for my large breed dog. I was instructed to come back to have the staples removed in 3-4 weeks.
