I am so disappointed in their service at this vet. Tried to get a food prescription due to my dog's current food being out of stock. I was told sure can do. Never called back. When I called again, was promised it would be mailed to me. The next day called to make sure it was mailed, they assured me it was mailed. Never received. Called a week later informed not mailed as they need my pet to be seen ( I asked that during my first call and ensured that was not needed). I've never taken the time to write a review for anywhere, but a conversation I had with the manager of AAH earlier this week inspired me to finally do so because I've had multiple poor experiences here. A few weeks ago I was misinformed about a rebate offer, and when I called to discuss, the manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. One of the options that Dr. K offered during your visit was to continue 24 hour care and pursue further diagnostics. IMHA is unfortunately a very complicated disease with a poor prognosis. Absolutely wondeful, caring staff!!! I recently had to put down my daughters cat Chili and the nurses and dr. were sooo compassionate and understanding. They gave us all the time we needed, to say our goodbyes and even gave us a hug. We received her ashes as well as a sympathy card, a week later. It melts my heart to know that there are ppl that treat an animal death the same as a human death. Thank u to the whole staff!!!
Dr Gordon was awesome with my bubba removing his "nugget" .. Very courteous, friendly and open 7 days a week!! Reasonable prices and will definitely be my vet for my critters in the future!! Thank you for being there❤️!
Refusing to provide a prescription for medications upon request is unethical and may be illegal. they are trying to force you to buy from them instead of issuing a prescription for medications anre are dictating pharmacies they won't provide prescriptions to. Since they've gotten rid of their price-match on Heartgard, I imagine this is only because they want the profits over other places. Don't take your pets here.
