I love them, everyone is so nice there. My cat Pooka is the oldest cat they have ever treated, she will be 23 in November. They have really helped my Pooka, whatever treatment she needed and the Doctor prescribed or suggested has helped Pooka bounce right back. They are great there.
We think that Dr. Wilson is the best. He shows compassion for the humans as well as the animals. Sully really liked him and now our Comet does too!
Outstandingly service and care for our 10 year dog. The staff was very friendly, helpful and took lots of time to explain treatments. The Doctor was patient and took great pains to make sure our pet was comfortable. If you live in Sterling Hts or nearby consider this office for your pet. You won't be disappointed.
Have gone here for many pets, but most recent was having to put down my 23-year-old cat. It was very emotional for me, and the staff was so amazing… They let me sit with him until I was ready, which happened to be 3 1/2 hours. There was absolutely no pressure at all, then they gave me a ceramic heart with his paw print in it. Love them
We recently had the heartbreaking experience of having to let our long-time family pet rest peacefully. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Wilson, Dr. Davenport, and the entire staff. They were friendly and compassionate with myself, my husband, and our cat. They explained everything, gave us time to process things, and most importantly, were kind. I had to bring my dog in for a quality of life check up... One of the most hardest thing to do. And they made me feel like my dog is very important, like a family member. so far so good they said.... a few years ago my cat had to be put down and they made it a lot more easy and comfortable as any body could.... and I thank them for it...
