My experience was horrible, the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful, the Dr came in and diagnosed my puppy with Parvo, we admitted her and got her on fluids right away, as all that was going on the dr proceeded to tell us how many dogs they have that don’t make it with this disease. Pretty much said it’s our fault and made it seem that we didn’t take care of her, very untrue! Macy was 2 weeks behind on shots and was planned to go that week. Recommendedtook my precious Ella Bella and to get her teeth cleaned they did a wonderful job the only problem I had was they should have called me to tell me what was going on
Yesterday my Molly was having some serious issues. Called as soon as they opened. Got in very quickly. Turners out Molly ‘s anal glands needed cleaned. Molly didn’t show signs of a problem until it got serious. The staff were awesome. Dr. Haenni was so caring. Thank you ���
I was very pleased with the care they gave our youngest furry child.
First time I went there must of been bad timing, because I couldn't get waited on. I went back later and it was like a different place, was helped right away. Took my cat in today and they were very helpful and nice... waiting to see how the antibiotic treatment goes.
I have been through so much with them over the years. I have never had a negative experience. They have save the lives of several of my pets and given us compassionate support through the passing of several. Don't know what I would have done without them.
