My dog has been receiving wrong medication for her eye for over a year. It was getting to a point we were considering surgery. Went to AAC and was given new medication and her eye got better in two days. Angry a whole year of mistreatment, but grateful for finding Dr. Cartwright and AAC.
Thank you soooooo very much for fixing my diezel! For a while I thought there was no hope and you fixed him while everyone was saying to put him down! I am forever grateful!! Best vet I have been to in all of California and Arizona! Most compassionate staff! They aren't there for a paycheck but for your furry family members!
We had many tests run on Clemmie, my Shih Tzu, but weren't able to find a diagnosis. With different antibiotics and steroids she did recover. The vet and her staff were very caring and gentle with Clem. It's wonderful to know they will be open on weekends at the beginning of 2016. Thank you all, Liz Knapp
Thank you so much to the staff. I am very happy with their service and treatment of my babies. I would also just like to let other dog owners know....I've been giving my dogs smoked bones from the feed store as a treat for years I don't know how often it may occur in dogs, but my lab ended up with small pieces of the bone blocking his (let's say exit route) the dr's, fortunately, were able to induce vomiting and therefore avoiding surgery. They are the best. Everyone is so friendly and very informative.
Excellent experience. My puppy was ill, and I could not get an answer on how to help him, or what was wrong. Within 2 hrs, The Vet told me her suspicions, and we did an X-ray, got the pills, and even a new dog dish. The people working there are polite, interested, quick, Jenn took the time to email me about dog insurance before I brought my puppy in, and was very helpful.
