This company is a scam they send me a bill for $800 i already pay up front for detectable . lady i talk to she does not gave her name and just hang up the phone .
Careful, same as the last person posted. Seems like they are running some sort of scam with the bill. Charging full-bill despite getting a notice from my insurance that they paid for it. Never experienced this problem with any other doctor I've visited.
We got a bill for $1700 10 months after the procedure . We noticed that it was not even processed via our insurance and no claim was ever sent to our insurance. They never bothered to call us to correct this error and and when we questioned it they claimed they got a number wrong on our member id and “please disregard the bill” something seems off with their billing company and how they are conducting business … needs to be investigated
