I have been going here for years, but unfortunately it’s gone downhill. I’ve never written a review for a doctor’s office before but they are so awful. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Their Palm City location does allergy shots on Tuesdays, and recently changed the time they stop doing them to 4pm instead of 4:45, which makes it difficult with work schedules. Probably the worst experience I’ve had to date with any medical professional. Dr. Azzi refused to look at the pictures of my previous allergic reactions and basically blew me off after saying she’s never heard about anything like my situation in her 30 years of working in the field. She did not want me to schedule a follow up appointment even after sending me out for labs and yet I’m still having severe allergic reactions every month… would never recommend her to anyone.

i highly recommend Advanced Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Care. Dr. Helena is amazing. I have been to so many doctors trying to figure out why I feel so sick. Dr. Helena spent so much time with me and really listened to what I was telling her. She also took detailed notes. After listening to my symptoms Dr. Helena ordered tests that other doctors have not. The tests come back and now I have a possible reason for why I am sick. She referred me to a specialist for help. For the first time I feel like I will get answers and start fee... read more

I have been going to Advanced Allergy for almost 25 years. Originally, I saw Dr. Faraci and when he retired, Dr. Azzi became my doctor. She is amazing. Because of her, I am able to be a pet owner. She put in place a care plan with allergy shots which allows me to be around certain types of dogs, something I was never able to do. Aside from this, she is always available if I am having respiratory issues. I don't know where I would be without her or the amazing staff at Advanced Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Care.
