I’m glad I called Advanced Air Solutions. Their technician came to my house the next morning and fixed the furnace at a reasonable cost. I know who I’m going to call, come springtime, to fix my air conditioner. No need to shop around. I have trust and confidence in Advanced
The ac stopped at the bnb and we had guests arriving in a couple of hours. Adv Air was there within 1/2hr and fixed the problem. I’ve dealt with other ac companies in the area. I will only go with Adv Air Solutions.
You CANNOT count on them in an EMERGENCY unless you are a ""REGULAR"" CUSTOMER! Who in the world turns down a paying job in this day and age. Would have not only made money from call, would have gained permanent customer. And for icing on cake.....they don't have any idea who else CAN handle an emergency for NO AIR on a 100°+ degree day! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!!!
To the person who just recently left a review to complain AAS would not come out to your home because you are not one of their regular customers: you have decreased their rating for providing exceptional and overtime services to loyal customers. It is a perk and benefit of choosing your regular service provider carefully. It is not a fair complaint.
