Absolute crooks. At this moment I am on a service call to clean a former customers blower wheel. According to the customer, advanced air lied to them stating that the blower wheel can not be pulled and cleaned, and advanced air tried selling them a $4600 air purification system. I am here right now cleaning the blower wheel. Please beware !!! They were late showing up to the appointment. By the time they showed up it was too late to have anyone else come out. It was hot and we needed the ac fixed . So we did not feel like we had much of a choice to just let them fix it. The pricing was very unreasonable for the part and time it took to fix the problem. They charged us over 500 dollars for a 20 dollar part and less than 10 mins of work. I am sure they will respond to say that will would like to make it right but trust me they will not. Advanced air took advantage of me and my grandmother. They sold us a commercial sized unit for a double wide mobile home we later found out that it was a commercial sized unit. It has rarely ever worked. We have called multiple times over the past three years to get them to come out here to try and fix it. None of them could even think of a reason why it was not working so we called Koontz Heating and Air. Within 30 minutes of them stepping foot on the property. I would not recommend using advanced air. Although The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and quickly identified and resolved the issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor. There were issues with their process. They initially scheduled the visit for after 5 PM but didn’t update me on delays until after 11pm. It was 94 in the house and since I thought they were coming I had no chance to ask someone else to come. They never shows up until next day afternoon! If I could give negative stars I would. This company installed an entirely new system in our house in 2018. They did such a poor job that they had to come back out and replaced the entire furnace shortly after. Since the unit has been installed they have had to replace two compressors and it has been leaking nonstop.
