We moved here Jan of 2019. The unit had only been installed mid 2017 by the prior owner, by 2024 We are being told we need a new unit. We pay 14 grand to replace a 7 yr old unit and we are having the same issue as with the prior unit for the 2nd or 3rd time now. Ben used to return my calls but I guess we are no longer important. My air conditioner was working efficiently on a Friday for the scheduled maintenance visit. The next day the air conditioner was not blowing cool air,I was told to diagnose the problem would be 3,000 dollars and I was better off buying a new air conditioner, not being familiar with the average price for a new air conditioner they recommended a 14,000 unit which was installed and later I found out I could have purchased a new air conditioner for approximately 5,000,I have used this company for years and trusted them, I would ... read more

My 83 yr old mom on Social Security needed the AC repaired, they told her she needed a new one. Not knowing anything about it and my dad recently passing she agreed not knowing $16,604 was WAY over priced. They sold her the most expensive equipment they had for a 45yr old home to an 83 yr old woman. She will literally be paying for it for the rest of her life. They took advantage of an old woman. I wish I hadn't found out after the fact.

I have to express my appreciation! Jeff and Ben came out to fix a wire I accidentally cut while trimming and removing a bush and there honesty and expertise was like no other! They not only fixed my mistake they also serviced the AC unit at both our homes! They where extremely thorough and explained so much too me! Advanced Air gets 5 stars from us and will be the only company we will use moving forward! Thanks guys!

I tried hard to avoid leaving a bad review but no one at this company wants to work with me so I guess this is my only recourse. It's been nearly a month with a broken AC and I've paid an insane amount just to get my thermostat replaced (everyone I've told agrees it was excessively overpriced), but the condenser is evidently broken.
