I would not recommend using advanced air. Although The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and quickly identified and resolved the issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor. There were issues with their process. They initially scheduled the visit for after 5 PM but didn’t update me on delays until after 11pm. It was 94 in the house and since I thought they were coming I had no chance to ask someone else to come. They never shows up until next day afternoon! If I could give negative stars I would. This company installed an entirely new system in our house in 2018. They did such a poor job that they had to come back out and replaced the entire furnace shortly after. Since the unit has been installed they have had to replace two compressors and it has been leaking nonstop. Last night I called to have someone come out and look at the unit because it was not cooling properly. We moved here Jan of 2019. The unit had only been installed mid 2017 by the prior owner, by 2024 We are being told we need a new unit. We pay 14 grand to replace a 7 yr old unit and we are having the same issue as with the prior unit for the 2nd or 3rd time now. Ben used to return my calls but I guess we are no longer important. I am disappointed in the fact that we keep having the same issue. I change the filter every 3 months as I have for 20 yrs in several Homes. My air conditioner was working efficiently on a Friday for the scheduled maintenance visit. The next day the air conditioner was not blowing cool air,I was told to diagnose the problem would be 3,000 dollars and I was better off buying a new air conditioner, not being familiar with the average price for a new air conditioner they recommended a 14,000 unit which was installed and later I found out I could have purchased a new air conditioner for approximately 5,000,I have used this company for years and trusted them, I would ... read more

My 83 yr old mom on Social Security needed the AC repaired, they told her she needed a new one. Not knowing anything about it and my dad recently passing she agreed not knowing $16,604 was WAY over priced. They sold her the most expensive equipment they had for a 45yr old home to an 83 yr old woman. She will literally be paying for it for the rest of her life. They took advantage of an old woman. I wish I hadn't found out after the fact.
