I appreciate the hard work the guys did. I have three floors and multiple vents in every room. I asked lots of questions and they were very patient, courteous and efficient. When they moved furniture they did it carefully and put everything back in place. They were professional and I would use them again.

We hired this company to clean our ductwork based on a recommendation by our heating and cooling company. They were less expensive than other area companies, were very clean, and they guaranteed their work. My husband and I were very pleased. They even showed us before and after pictures.They wore masks upon request. I will have them back!

When I called for a quote I received a prompt response from the company. I have never so pleased with the service, the employees and the great job they did in on my duct work. I was concerned that when reviewed the company I saw negative reviews and I am so confused after using Advanced Air Duct Solutions that anyone could say anything negative. This company is top notch.

When I booked my appointment I told Kim I was concerned about Covid and how did they ensure everything was clean prior to entering my home. She told me that the mats for the floor would be clean, the vent covers would be cleaned and the tube that connects to the furnace is cleaned each time. This was not the case. They used trash bags to cover the vents, and it was the one's they used at the house prior and who knows how many before that.
