Kim, Rick and team did an amazing job. Kim was so helpful in explaining the process and setting up the job. The guys did fantastic work and kept my home very clean. We are so happy with the results. Highly recommend for air duct cleaning.
I was part of the Hyde Park dryer duct cleaning. The gentlemen that cleaned the duct went above and beyond what was expected. The coil tubing coming from the dryer to the ceiling was way too long but I never got around to it. They shortened it without saying anything because it needed it. I was soooo happy!!! And they left my laundry room better than I left it. Thank you!!
Could not be happier! Our duct system has never been cleaned by the first or the second owner. We’re talking 50 years! They cleaned our ducts with diligence and determination. Spent one hour longer than planned and didn’t charge above the quote! We got our monies’ worth and then some! Will definitely have them come back on the regular! Highly, highly recommended!!!!!
They did a terrible job and terrible customer service.
Paid $175 for a duct inspection with the understanding I could then have them cleaned. After taking my payment, the company refused to do the cleaning unless I also paid for a $7,000 repair — something that was never disclosed beforehand. This feels like a bait-and-switch.
