Easy scheduling, prompt, knowledgeable, and through. I appreciated the pictures of faulting parts that they shared via email following the appt. Will use again.

Way overpriced. Found three estimates that were thousands of dollars less than what they were going to charge me for replacing my compressor. The service man was nice and knowledgeable, but you can find a better deal on repairs. I recommend shopping around! Buyer be ware.

Just called to try to schedule an appointment as out AC unit isn't cooling the house. Was on the phone with the operator and went through the whole process of giving all of my information and then was told that they need authorization from our landlord before they can schedule anything. I'm familiar with this practice, and this is not an issue. The problem that I have is that once my landlord called them back to provide that authorization, he was told that they are not taking new customers and only servicing the existing one... read more
