Justin the technician was knowledgeable and professional. The amount they charged me for my their services were overpriced. My issue was that my heater was not functioning properly. It was not producing enough heat and restarting frequently. Turns out the issue was the air filter was too restrictive and blocking air from getting into the unit. This caused the unit to struggle and overheat. The solution was to switch to a less restrictive air filter. I was charged $188 for this diagnosis. And I still had to purchase new filte... read more
