Had a company come out and ended up just paying the trip charge due to obvious over charging. I called advanced air and justin came right out. The difference was crazy. Having someone that is honest and obviously very knowledgeable is worth every penny. As a business owner, it is nice to know that there are other companies out there that know to employ only the best, honest and real people. It definitely pays off in the long run doing the right thing.
Justin was fantastic. He arrived early and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I will continue to use Advanced AC for all my AC needs.
Tyler was exceptional and made sure he fixed the root cause of what the issue was with our AC. This is the kind of worker that is hard to come by.
