Be careful with this company. This is a long review, please be careful before using this company. ...... The problem early August our A/C stops working. It is only 31/2 years old under warranty.: The technician who came to my home told us we needed to replace the evaporator coil. Fortunately I would not have to pay for the parts, only the labor. Update: About 3 weeks ago Chris from Advanced Air reached out to me about the repair problems with my unit. I'm pleased to say that we were able to work it out so that the problem could be resolved. I'm happy to say that I now have heat and air. The young that came out was very good at his job. He was quick and nice while working. Kuddos to him. Thank you Chris for working with me in this matter.
