I love working with these guys. They are honest and kind and not only do they do excellent work, they never try to upsell and they work to make the repair efficient and timely. Tom and Bob have been doing this for over 30 years and have the old-school mindset of fix it not throw it away. I will always call them.
What a great find! We were referred to Advance Air by another A/C company, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Jared came out, assessed the situation, and it turned out to be a smaller job than we expected. He handled everything quickly and didn’t overcharge us for a service call. Honest, professional service—we’ll definitely be using them again!
This week was the coldest of winter, with temperatures as low as 9 F. We had extended periods in the twenties. Despite the snow and ice, everything was fine. Then two nights ago, the heat pump stopped working. The thermostat was blank. I prompted Gemini to help me troubleshoot. After following all the simple steps, including the YouTube explanations, I gave up. I tried resetting the heat pump circuit breaker at the electrical panel, but it didn't work.
