I would give no stars if possible. The absolute worst office staff I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and hostile. Refuses to accept responsibility when we tried to talk to them about a scheduling issue. Office manager lied repeatedly when we were trying to correct a scheduling issue.
I pulled my kids out of school to come to my daughter’s appointment and they have a note up that says they are closed, there was no call to tell us not to come, not to mention that they never call to confirm your appointment. I’m absolutely dumbfounded I’ve driven 40 minutes specifically for this! UNBELIEVABLE!
I have to say with all the drs experience I had Dr Sheikh is a great amazing dr Thank you for going over all my sons paper work that I had gotten at the er you have alot of patients and I appreciate that my son was comfortable.
Terrible communication and doctor did not even read my daughter’s file or know her diagnosis from the hospital ER before her first appointment. Received a letter that they are no longer accepting my daughter as a patient after 3 cancellations that were made well in advance. Trust me, it’s no great loss but this is not how you run a business. The nurse here is great but that’s about it. We found a better doctor anyway.
Note: This is an office that formula companies lobby, so they are going to suggest it/offer samples instead of getting to know patients. Overall: Colossal waste of time. Office is neither polite nor professional; they exist in that grey area of mediocrity. Additionally, appointment was at 1 pm - I got there early - but they didn't see us til 1:25. So why do I have to arrive at the appointment on time if you aren't going to extend the same courtesy for timeliness? This seems reflective of Vegas healthcare as a whole. I polite... read more
