This experience was terrible. I have never been so humiliated or felt cast aside in a professional environment. I spent over 4 hours there for a 45-minute procedure that, by their own estimation, should have been just over an hour. Multiple people with appointment times ranging from 1 to 3 hours after mine were seen first, for the same procedure and using the same machine I did. Completely unprofessional and rude staff in the front office. I arrived 20 mins early and waited well past my appointment time. When the question of my co-pay came up the lady at the front desk would not even speak to my insurance company. So very rude!
