Refused to treat a bloody nose. Referred us to a father facility even though blood was flowing.
My 3 year old daughter hurt her arm playing on our play set and I came here because the urgent care closest to our house closed early. I carried her in, and the lady at the front desk said that she is too young for them to X-ray and to bring her to the emergency room. We never saw a doctor and was sent away right away. I took her Huron Vally Hospital approximately 20 minutes away (with an injured 3 year old who cried every time I turned, curved or hit a bump). Great place! A very helpful and very friendly staff! Quick, easy, and very professional. Would recommend.
The nurse that works here is horrible! She is completely rude and I've had her several times. She was nasty to me every time. Wish they would get a new nurse.
The counter girl was very cold. I was the only one here until lady walked in after me after about 10 minutes. They still took her back before me. Place sucks
This is the best urgent care I have ever been. From finger cuts to sand in the eye. Been there multiple times. Always come out very satisfied.
